This ground floor flat of a Victorian terrace had been altered many times over the years and had a few extensions to the rear. The clients wanted to improve the layout of the flat and have a better connection to the beautiful rear garden. Internal alterations changed the flow of the property and allowed us to create a second bedroom and the new side extension contains the kitchen. Both the kitchen and bedroom have garden access and canopies provide some privacy from neighbours.
