This townhouse had a large conservatory blocking garden access from the kitchen. Our proposals were to replace the conservatory with a new ground floor rear extension which takes design elements from the front elevation of the building – specifically the brick walls and zinc panels so as to compliment the original building. Opening up the new kitchen/living space to the garden makes it much more desirable to modern living.
